A Brief on the Nov-14th Friday Morning Drive
Drive plan Start at badayer and End at Shuwaib gate after Sony Erricson
Drive Started from badayer Shops at 07:30 hours with a convoy of 8 Cars..
Self as Lead and Sandy,Plasbo,Afro,Philp,Mumtaz,Duli and Jassim as the sweep..
Covering few pyramids and Iftaar Bowl and enjoying the high Dunes run …we steered towards the Ghost house to give a visit as many of us were never been there…and few of us were looking for an accommodation there considering the Friday morning Road drive to reach the sand and recent rent hikes in Dubai..
After spending few of minutes there ..we started our drive again in hunt of Big Dunes and bowls..and had couple of stucks on the way as usual thing that area as Ghosts are all around..
Crossing the 2 tree valley and crossing the Big Bowls..after some play time..we pushed towards Owaidha and Sony Erricson..by covering those Big dunes in that area…
We exited after short play at Sony Eriscon Dune ..Highlight of the Drive was..it was a great Team to drive with..
Each and Every one in the Convoy Drove very well…Sandy..you were the perfect second Lead…
Plasbo ..great improvement Buddy and Afro..good Show..your Trooper rocks again..
Duli..the way you handled that huge machine through out the drive and specially in the Ghost Town area was amazing..great show Bro..
Philip..as always very cheerfull and great team player…its fun to drive with you.. Good Show
Mumtaz..great Support for that extra hand in the sweep..Jassim..many thanks for the wonderfull Sweep support Buddy…

Yes we had to skip the last stretch of the plan due to time constraints..
Worry not will do the second part soon..but next time we will reverse the track..and will skip the Ghosts…as You, Mumtaz and couple of other have already found your Villa there.. LOL 😀See you soon In Sha Allah…
Yes you are right 🙂 … fear not, i have also put your name down for one of the villas but the landlord has to clear some sand first before you can move in 😉

The convoy of 8 left the meeting spot at Badayer shortly after everyone had arrived on Asharaf’s exploration drive :yesss: heading through the desert towards ghost town… No ghosts to be seen, now that Halloween is over… However they did come to haunt us with a few occasional stucks once leaving ghost town where the sand was very soft in places – occasional also meaning two within probably about 2 minutes-! 😕
The size of dunes shortly after ghost town towards Shuwaib caused a few issues with bumpers and licence plates but other than that very enjoyable. Once leaving the small dunes the dunes gradually got bigger passing a number of larger bowls for everyone to enjoy. 😉
Unfortunately there wasn’t time to travel the whole distance to Shuwaib as per the original plan and so we exited near Al Madam Mosque… It was an excellent drive with a great mix of all types of driving conditions, I am looking forward to the next :drive:

Na, it’s the new 4×4 friendly villa design. Dunes at your doorstep, Just drive the car straight into the living room. For a true offroader their 4×4 is the only furniture that they need. 😉
